These draft terms describe use of the Veretto website prototype. The legal operator and registered address are awaiting confirmation. By browsing the website you should use it lawfully and consider these terms alongside the Privacy Policy and Property Disclaimer. These drafts are not legally reviewed transaction documents.
2. Permitted use
Use the website to learn about Veretto and explore published residential property information. You may view materials for personal evaluation; reproduction, commercial redistribution or misuse of protected material requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.
3. Published property information
Names, configurations, areas, asking prices and amenities are snapshots of Veretto’s published website information. They are not a live availability feed. Confirm current information, area measurement basis, exact specifications, included fittings, ownership documentation and final commercial terms with Veretto before making a decision.
4. Photographs and illustrations
Editorial images labelled illustrative are not authentic photographs of the associated homes. Architectural illustration on the homepage is a design asset, not inventory. Ask Veretto for actual property photographs, floor plans, supporting reports and a physical visit.
5. Enquiries and relationships
The prototype forms do not send or retain enquiries. Using a phone or email contact link initiates a separate communication. Browsing or contacting Veretto does not by itself create a purchase contract, brokerage agreement, exclusive agency relationship or obligation to transact. Any such terms must be separately agreed.
6. Intellectual property
The Veretto name and official logo remain the materials of their respective rights holders. Website code, editorial material and third-party imagery are subject to their applicable rights and licences. Do not assume unrestricted reuse of third-party materials.
7. Prohibited activity
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, inject malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape or republish protected material unlawfully, or use communications to send abusive or deceptive messages.
8. Third-party services
Telephone, email, hosted images and external font services may be subject to third-party terms and practices. Links do not make Veretto responsible for every external service. Check applicable terms before using those services.
9. Availability and technical limits
The prototype may change, be unavailable or contain technical errors. It does not offer accounts, payments, booking, live availability or transaction execution. No promise is made of uninterrupted access. Property decisions should not rely solely on this prototype.
10. Responsibility and applicable rights
Any final limitation of liability must be reviewed in light of the actual services and applicable Indian law. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuse knowingly false or misleading information.
11. Updates, law and questions
These draft terms were prepared on 12 October 2026. A production effective date, governing-law wording and competent jurisdiction are awaiting qualified legal confirmation in the Indian context.
