- Financial information such as bank details, loan documentation, taxation information, property-related financial information and other similar information and documentation required for processing your Service requests or facilitating transactions; and
- Information relating to your access and usage of the Platform and the Services.
The information collected from you as set out above may constitute "Personal Information" or "Sensitive Personal Data or Information" ("SPDI") in terms of the SPDI Rules.

Information collected automatically
Whenever you interact with our Platform, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.

- General business and operating purposes, such as KYC compliance, information and documentation verification, property and title verification, loan or similar service facilitation, administration, management and operation of the business, client/user interaction, responding to requests, customizing, providing and improving our Services;
- To generate aggregated data and insights, which do not constitute SPDI, to enable us to understand patterns and trends and learn more about user preferences or other characteristics;
- Compliance with our obligations under applicable laws and regulations, including protecting against and preventing fraud and other legal or information security risks; and
- To serve other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection, and as otherwise authorized or permitted under applicable law.
5. Cookies and Targeting Information
Your interest profile may be removed by deleting your browser's cookies.
The cookie information stored on the User's device may include:
(i) User segment information relating to a specific product, service, property, brand or model in which the User has shown interest during a visit to a website; and
(ii) the time and date stamp of the latest update of the User profile.
If the cookie is deleted by the User, applicable profile data stored through such cookies may be removed.
For the sake of clarity, no segments relating to information that we consider sensitive, such as political opinions or religious beliefs, are intended to be created.
Further, we are sensitive to children's privacy and marketing directed towards children. No segments are intended to be established for profiling children.

7. Will We Share Any of the Personal Information We Receive?
We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone.
We may share your Personal Information in personally identifiable form with third parties only as described below or as otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.
Facilitating Transactions
We may share your details, confidential information and Personal Information with potential and actual Sellers and Buyers, as the case may be, for the provision of Services and facilitation of property transactions.
Additionally, we may share such information with public authorities, financial institutions, legal professionals, property consultants, verification agencies and other third-party service providers where required for verification of information, eligibility, documentation, financing, due diligence and facilitation or processing of transactions.
Affiliated Businesses and Third-Party Websites We Do Not Control
In certain situations, businesses or third-party websites with which we are affiliated or which provide services in connection with our Platform may provide products or services to you through the Platform, either alone or jointly with us.

12. What Choices Do I Have?
